Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship, reserve an appointment, or guarantee service availability. Jenny confirms appointment times and next steps directly.

Content and acceptable use

Website text, graphics, logos, and other original materials belong to Ascend Fitness Wellness, LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial use. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
