How this website handles your information.
This website accepts consultation requests and journal signups. It does not accept payments or connect to PushPress member access. It uses Google Analytics to understand website use and improve the experience.
Information you choose to send
The consultation form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, meeting preference, and any message you choose to include. The journal form collects your email address. Please do not submit private medical, financial, or payment information.
How it is used
Jenny uses consultation details only to respond to your request and uses journal signup details only to send studio notes when the journal begins. Solstice does not sell form information.
Services used on this website
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Form entries may be stored in Solstice's Netlify form dashboard until they are reviewed or deleted. The home page includes an embedded Google Map, so Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and interactions with the map under the Google Privacy Policy. You can use the written address without interacting with the map.
Website analytics
Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, general location, device and browser information, traffic sources, scrolling, outbound links, downloads, form interactions, and selected website actions. Solstice also measures consultation-form success, journal signup success, consultation-button use, directions requests, email-link use, journal selections, FAQ openings, and scroll depth. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled.
Analytics events do not include the name, email address, phone number, message, health information, or other text entered into a form. Website addresses sent to Analytics are limited to the page path and recognized campaign parameters to reduce the chance that unrelated query information is collected. Google may use cookies and similar device information to provide Analytics. You can restrict cookies through your browser or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
PushPress
A branded PushPress app is awaiting confirmation and is not linked from this website. No information entered on this site is sent to PushPress. Before member access goes live, this notice will be updated to describe the live data flow and link to the PushPress Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You may ask Solstice to review or delete information you submitted through this website. Email info@solsticeptw.com and state that your message is a privacy request.
